Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
A flat-rate shipping fee of $7 applies to orders under $50.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders over $50 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KB Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thekbaesthetics.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only.
