Refund policy

At KB Aesthetics Beverly Hills, we are committed to providing medical-grade skincare and curated products selected by our clinical team. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thekbaesthetics.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement if applicable.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for store credit if returned within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-approved and items must be in original, sealed packaging.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • Promotional items, discounted purchases, and gift-with-purchase orders are final sale
