We are a boutique medical aesthetics practice located in Beverly Hills, California.

Can I visit in person?

Yes! We welcome you to visit us for personalized skincare consultations and treatments. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a $7 flat-rate shipping fee.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

What is your return policy?

Due to the medical-grade nature of our products, all skincare purchases are final sale.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for store credit if returned within 7 days of delivery with prior approval. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thekbaesthetics.com with your order number and photos. We will gladly assist you.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products sold by KB Aesthetics Beverly Hills are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the brands through authorized medical channels under the supervision of our medical team. Each product is clinically curated and used within our practice.
